Crowdrush and its affiliates (“Crowdrush,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Crowdrush platform, including our websites, checkout pages, hosted ticketing pages, mobile applications, event operations tools, ticket scanning tools, customer support channels, and any related products or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
Crowdrush provides ticketing, event commerce, and related technology services to event organizers, venues, promoters, and other business customers (“Organizers”). In some cases, Crowdrush provides the Services directly to consumers. In other cases, Crowdrush provides the Services on behalf of an Organizer. Because of this, your relationship may be with both Crowdrush and the relevant Organizer.
By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Services, including when you:

browse our websites or hosted event pages;

create an account;

buy, receive, transfer, or use tickets;

register for an event, waitlist, promotion, or presale;

communicate with us or an Organizer through the Services;

use a mobile ticket, digital wallet ticket, barcode, QR code, or event credential;

otherwise interact with Crowdrush in connection with the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that are not controlled by Crowdrush, even if they are linked from our Services.
2. Who Controls Your Information
Depending on how you interact with the Services, Crowdrush and/or the applicable Organizer may control your personal information.

Crowdrush as service provider / processor. When Crowdrush provides technology services to an Organizer, we may process personal information on the Organizer’s behalf and under its instructions.

Crowdrush as independent business. Crowdrush may also use personal information for its own business purposes, such as platform administration, fraud prevention, analytics, customer support, security, legal compliance, and improving the Services.

Organizers as independent businesses. Organizers may separately collect, use, and disclose personal information in accordance with their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the Organizer for the event you are attending.

Crowdrush does not store full payment card numbers unless specifically stated by the applicable checkout flow and permitted by law and our payment processing arrangements.

A. Organizers, venues, and event partners
We may share personal information with the Organizer, venue, promoter, sponsor, or other event-related partner associated with a ticket purchase, registration, or attendance record. This may include contact information, ticket/order details, attendance status, scan history, and customer support history related to the event.
B. Service providers and contractors
We may share personal information with vendors and service providers that perform services for us, including providers of:

cloud hosting and infrastructure;

You may receive transactional messages from us, such as order confirmations, event reminders, receipts, changes to event details, or customer support responses.
Where permitted by law, we or an Organizer may also send you promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email. For SMS, you may opt out by replying STOP where applicable. Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send non-promotional service messages related to your account, transactions, or events.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

12. Organizer Pages and White-Label Services
Crowdrush may host event pages, checkout flows, presale forms, waitlists, and customer support tools on behalf of Organizers under the Organizer’s branding or domain. In those cases:

Crowdrush may process personal information on behalf of the Organizer;

the Organizer may independently decide how your information is used for event management, customer service, or marketing; and
-
the Organizer’s privacy policy may also apply.
If you have questions about how a specific Organizer uses your data, you should review that Organizer’s privacy policy or contact the Organizer directly.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and Crowdrush does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the consent required by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
